We are seeking a Project Administrator for a Fixed Term Role to support our Survey Team. The role will be Tuesday - Friday, 830am - 5pm.

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Administrator who will be responsible for the day to day support for the Survey team.

You will assist the team with the following tasks:

  • Assisting the team with managing their workloads
  • Act as a first point of contact for clients
  • Monthly invoicing
  • Organising team meetings
  • Managing the enquiry inbox
  • Health & Safety administration and coordination tasks
  • Assisting the Directors with managing their emails and other admin tasks
  • Answering the phones

You will collaborate with a range of other disciplines within our Christchurch office and our other offices across the South Island. You will have great support from our admin team and other project adminstrators. You will be joining a great team culture with a focus on good work-life balance and will become part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team. 

This is a core role within our business; responsible for the team functioning smoothly and efficiently and will suit a proactive, energetic person with a positive attitude. The ability to work well under pressure during busy times of the month such as invoicing is imperative.

Desired Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in customer service and client-facing roles - For example: hospitality or administration
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
  • Confidently encourages team members to meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude, with a willingness to get stuck in and help the team out
  • Sense of humour
