Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 1-3 years’ experience to join our Civil Engineering team with experience in design and engineering in roading, drainage plans, stormwater, wastewater and water reticulation. You will help prepare schedule of prices, tender documentation including appropriate specification and oversee construction of civil engineering works.
You will collaborate with clients and project managers to assess their requirements and create detailed scopes of work and design requirements. Additionally, you will engage with other staff from various departments when working on multi-disciplinary projects.
Desired Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· Have a recognised and relevant engineering degree with at least 1-3 years of experience.
· Be a good communicator and able to work effectively with others.
· Have a practical approach to solving problems and have analytical skills.
· Be highly motivated, detail-focused, and able to work on your own.
· Have an appetite for learning and be enthusiastic about what you do.
· Have a sense of humour and be a team player.
